Mr. Aaron has extensive experience in the public and private sector focusing on Information Technology, strategies and management, aligning business objectives into IT priorities and drive. A renowned Turnaround Strategist, spent years defining, analyzing, planning and implementing business solutions (processes, systems, infrastructure and people) for various initiatives within the South African Revenue Services, South African Financial Institutions, South African Department of Home Affairs, Namibia Ministry of Home Affairs, Immigration, Safety and Security, (OPM), Office Of Prime Minister of Namibia, Denel Aviation and Aeronautics, IBM Global Services, SIEMENS, Transnet, former Principal Consultant at FeverTree Consulting firm, local and provincial governments.
