Dr. Tilaye Kassahun
Director - Academic Programs & Innovation
Dr Tilaye Kassahun is a high caliber senior professional with Management, Business Administration, Governance, Project Management, Human Resources Management, Gender Development and Empowerment, Educational Planning and Management, Mathematics and Pedagogical Science background and with rich experience in managing/leading, consulting, advising, teaching, training, and researching in diverse areas.
He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from PMI (Greece) and Certified Management Consultant from EMI (Ethiopia). He has been certified with Corporate Governance, Risk Management, Board Governance and Strategy by Frankfurt School of Finance and Management (Germany) as well as Crown Agents (UK).
He has a proven track record in consulting with local and international organizations. In the past couple of years, he has trained more than 2500 managers & leaders drawn from more than 60 organizations.
He serves as a lead facilitator in many training programs.
